ABOUT MODULAR REFINERY

Modular refineries are small-scale oil refineries that have a processing capacity of less than 20,000 barrels per day (bpd).
They are designed to process crude oil into various products such as gasoline, diesel, and kerosene, among others.
Modular refineries are flexible, cost-effective, and easy to transport, making them ideal for remote locations where conventional refineries are not feasible.

Advantages of Modular Refineries

Lower capital costs: Modular refineries are smaller and require less investment than conventional refineries.
Faster construction: Modular refineries can be built and installed in a matter of months, compared to several years for conventional refineries.
Flexibility: Modular refineries can be easily expanded or modified to meet changing market conditions.

Apache has been working in Total Petrochemicals for two years, with an excellent safety record and a solid work ethic. David Nunez and Apache Refinery Services is exceptionally skilled with stainless steel work, pipe fabrication, and welding, but they have also performed other work for us over the past three years. I was very impressed with the AMSE repairs and their carbon steel/pipe steel fabrication. I will use David and Apache again very soon.

Since 2003, I have called on Apache Welding to help us with various large and small projects at Lone Star Fasteners, LP. If the project has to be completed in a hurry and within budget, we count on David Nunez and his skilled crew to make it happen. What is even more impressive is Apache Weldingâ€™s approach to safety.
